I make Buffalo Chicken Mac & Cheese fairly regularly and my family loves it. They also love chili so this might be a hit with them! I’ll have to give it a try soon (with our cold weather it would be great timing).

These look also! I have also made Buffalo Chicken Lasagna! Her is the dip recipe I swear by!
    1 package softened cream cheese
2 cups cooked chunked or shredded boneless skinless chicken breast
    chunky bleu cheese dressing
    hot wing sauce
1 package shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Spread cream cheese in bottom of a 9×13 baking dish. Mix hot wing sauce with the chicken and pour on top of the cream cheese, spread the chunky bleu cheese dressing over chicken mixture and top with Monterey Jack cheese.

Bake until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Use tortilla chips (I like the blue corn or make my own) as a scooper :)
