Pay attention!https://lnkd.in/g_kRcywxThis election is the last one to pretend to be decided by votes of the people unless control is taken from the Republican Influenced Corrupt Organizations (RICO) under the coordination of the Federalist Secret Society and Heritage SocietyThis election must focus like a laser beam on reigning in the RICO led Gang of 6 on the Supreme Court and undoing its enabling the Presidency to be the top Criminal of The United States (COTUS). Repeat of Jan 6th as upside down flag day has been boldly called out by the July 1st edict. Boldly is not just a code word.Defeat MAGA or else, and then take back the Court through expansion. Let us then enter back into mutually agreed reform consistent with both historic and modern political values. Or 248 years of experimenting in quasi-democratic government ends by this time next year.

For folks building a startup, VCs, and people related to investment and corporate governance broadly, the fact that SB 313 just passed is tectonic. Delaware has just destroyed their value as an incorporation venue of choice. It's hard to overstate how boneheaded a move this is.I'm curious to see which state comes out as the new leader, but for now when founders ask me where to incorporate the answer is simple: whatever state you're in.

The Rules are changing! The Rules Committee has recently decided to depart from long held principles to allow successful self - represented parties to claim costs in the District Court, High Court, and Court of Appeal. Such reform comes at a time of increasing number of lay litigants in Aotearoa's courtrooms. The amendments will apply to steps taken in proceedings on or after 1 September 2024

Co-governance is back? Well sort of but not quite, and differently! Read all about our experts’ takes on the new coalition arrangements. And for fellow public works operators, there will be lots to look forward to with numerous new projects, some old ones resumed, a couple of previous ideas being shut down. Projects of national (or National?) significance are back and there will be policy & legislative changes to accelerate them.

ENSURING JUSTICE: The Crucial Role of INTEGRITY - The Case Against Judge WELKE, in Lake County, Florida.Learn more: https://lnkd.in/gywiZDduJUDICIAL MISCONDUCT undermines confidence in our judicial system. This is why a judge should be committed to MORAL HONESTY AND INTEGRITY. A judge should be acutely aware of the LIMITATIONS OF THEIR JUDICIAL POWER. Those limitations should come only in adherence to the facts.Let us appoint judges to court based on their KNOWLEDGE OF THE LAW, THEIR FITNESS FOR THE POSITION AND THEIR FAIRNESS. Let’s stray away from appointing judges based on THEIR IDEOLOGY ALONE.
