GREENVILLE— It's June and that means summer's starting.

Looking to miss the heat and stay inside? We've got indoor concerts, including a social media famous Greenville band returning home and a world-renowned mandolin player.

Looking to get outside? We've got plenty of outdoor concerts, including rapper 21 Savage and a chance to see a Grammy-nominated band for free.

Sweet Spine

What:If you're on TikTok, you've maybe heard Sweet Spine. The rock band's song "Darkness" blew up on the social media app, earning over 3.4 million Spotify streams and 114,000 Instagram followers. Did you know that they're from Greenville? One of the hottest bands out of the Upstate returns home for an exclusive show at Velo Fellow, presented by Radio Room.

Greenville Jazz Fest: Butcher Brown

What:Greenville's second annual Jazz Fest returns to downtown in June. This Richmond-based band melds jazz, rap, funk and R&B music into one, described as "a jazz festival mainstay that could tour with Tyler, the Creator as easily as Khruangbin."

Greenville Jazz Fest: Preservation Hall Jazz Band

What: Named after a jazz venue in the French Quarter, this New Orleans jazz band staple has performed since 1961, entertaining crowds at Carnegie Hall, playing with superstars such as Stevie Wonder and earning a National Medal of Arts in 2006.
