My absolute favorite breakfast/brunch spot in Lincoln! Incredible fresh ingredients - farm to table! They have a great menu and atmosphere. In the warmer weather I love to enjoy the outdoor seating. You walk in and order at the counter - they will bring your food to you! Highly recommend checking out The Hub Cafe! ☕️
I'm not a traditional breakfast food fan and it's usually difficult to find something that I like to eat before work. This restaurant exceeded my expectations starting with the friendly and welcoming service. I was given ample suggestions which made the decision process much easier. I chose the avocado and hummus sandwich which came with a side salad. This meal was top notch. The ingredients were fresh, the taste was amazing, I mean every single ingredient was made with love. Every time I travel to Lincoln, NE (I hail from Chicago) this will be where I have breakfast. Thank you for such an amazing experience.
The farm egg breakfast sandwich is incredible. The biscuit is tasty and warm while the onions are tasty and add a nice flavor. We went on a Sunday mid morning and service was behind because everyone was there, but the food was delicious and I'd go back in a heartbeat. It is also on the more expensive side due to everything being scratch made and locally grown.

They do not offer decaf at all here so if that is something you are looking for, I would not recommend. The water station had dirty glasses where the clean ones should have been.If you are missing something from the table, I did find a lot of things were at the front such as salt and pepper.Service was hit and miss. The person who brought us our food was very friendly and offered assistance when he noticed we were missing something.I went with people who are from Lincoln. They informed me the food menu changes quite regularly. The food is beautifully presented and comes with a nice salad. I found it if I added a touch of salt it was delicious. The tacos were a skip. 3 stars. I could eat them but the flavors just weren't working for me.I didn't really get a good taste of the banh mi.The grilled cheese was fine. 4 starsParking is available in a small private lot. It's kind of like Street parking honestly, but it's free.
Nice eclectic restaurant with a good selection of menu items and drinks. The portions were generous and the meals were fresh, healthy and delicious.
